Coaches Pathway

Coastal Spirit Football Club is proud to provide a coaching program that supports, develops and guides coaches and key teams throughout the club as they move forward in football.

This initiative, the clubs Coaches Network, in conjunction with the New Zealand Football Coaching Pathway, complements our extensive player development pathway.

Seminars and Clinics generally take place once a month throughout the year.

The network, now in its 5th year of operation, has enabled many coaches to further their knowledge of the game with several going on to coach Mainland representative teams or senior competitive sides.

Key opportunities to develop are primarily derived from our Skill Centre program, which then lead onto coaching into various tournaments including our own Coastal Adidas U19 tournament.
